All prices in the SecuPlus Shop are prices per item and exclusive of VAT. The shopping cart shows the total amount of your order including VAT.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are calculated during ordering and are depending on the country your order has to be shipped to.
How will my order be delivered?
We make use of GLS Logistics’ services to dispatch your order in almost all cases. This parcel delivery service delivers your order Mondays to Fridays between 8:00 and 18:00 hours. It is important to have your order delivered to a regular street address. GLS Logistics does not deliver to PO boxes.
If possible, you will receive a track&trace code with your order, with which you can track your order.
NB! You will only be sent this code once the order has left our premises.
What is a track & trace code.
If your order is sent by GLS Logistics or PostNL, it will receive a code. With this code, you can track your order on the GLS or PostNL website.
When will I receive my order?
Almost all products we sell have an estimated delivery time and current stock level. Most items are in ample supply. Products we can supply straight from stock are dispatched the same day if possible, but certainly the next working day. Experience has taught us that you receive your product the next working day.
NB! We cannot guarantee this and a delay of one working day is always possible. We hope for your understanding in this matter.
Which methods can I use to pay?
The SecuPlus Shop makes use of Buckaroo’s services for processing your payments (this is a so-called payment provider, i.e. internet bank that organizes the payment traffic for many well-known web shops). While placing your order, you will be given a choice of different payment methods, including iDeal, single direct debit mandate, transfer and of course all well-known credit cards. You can safely enter you details through a secure SSL procedure.
In the unlikely event that something went wrong in the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service under telephone number +31 (0)113-311324 as soon as possible or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will look for a solution together with you.
What is the guarantee term?
Of course, all our products are sold with factory guarantee. Please refer to the relevant product manufacturer’s websites for the duration of this guarantee. You will find these addresses under the heading 'safe brands' on our homepage.
Will I receive an invoice and what will it say?
You will receive a digital invoice from SecuPlus BV. Please print this invoice yourself. It will not be sent to you by regular mail. The invoice will of course state all the usual contact details for the supplier (SecuPlus BV), the VAT paid and the invoice and dispatch address stated by you. NB! It is not possible to amend this information at a later date, so you are responsible for supplying the correct details. This is particularly important for orders from abroad, on which the correct VAT number is often omitted. .
